Pelecing Kangkung

Preparation Time: 5-10 minutes
Serves: 1 person

Ingredients:
1 handful of watercress (kangkung in Indonesian)
1+ tsp of Bali In a Jar Chilli Paste
Salt
Pepper

Cooking Instructions:
1. Cut the watercress into small pieces and place into heat resistant bowl
2. Add a little salt and blanch watercress in boiling water for 2 minutes
3. Drain water and add Chilli Paste. Begin with 1 tsp but increase depending on tolerance
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
