Pan Fried Chicken Breast With Peanut Sauce

Preparation time: 25 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients:
1/2 jar of Bali In A Jar Peanut Sauce
1 kg of chicken breast fillets
500g of mixed vegetables (beans, watercress, bean sprouts etc)
1 tsp of vegetable or olive oil
Salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions:
1. Slice chicken breast and chop vegetables to desired size
2. Heat up frying pan and add oil when hot
3. Add chicken breast to frypan and cook for approximately 10 minutes, ensuring that you turn the chicken over several times
4. Add the Peanut Sauce and mix through. Add water to get desired consistency/thickness. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes
5. Blanch vegetables in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and drain. Add salt and pepper to taste

Serve the chicken on the vegetables with rice.
