Ingredients
A bowl of cooked rice from 2 cups of raw rice, 3 cups of water - cooked in either rice cooker pot
½ thumb size of fresh turmeric,
2 cloves garlic,
¼ tsp of dried 'kencur' (aka 'lesser galangal'),
Finely chopped kaffir lime leaf,
2 tbs vegetable (or coconut) oil,
Salt pepper to taste
