Ikan Bakar / Balinese Grilled Fish
Serves: 6 people
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 1.8 kg of any white fish fillets skin on (eg. snapper, perch, ling, sea bream, king fish and so on)
- 1 jar of Bali In A Jar Curry Paste
- 4 tbs of vegetable oil
Cooking Method:
- Rub fish fillets with Bali In A Jar Curry Paste and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat up vegetable oil on hot plate or BBQ, cook marinated fish fillets - skin side first - until skin crispy, then turn over and cook other side until fish is cooked through.
Serve with mix garden salads, steamed white rice with a side sambal of Bali In A Jar Chilli Paste.
