Prawn Stir Fry With Chilli Sauce

Serves: 4 people
Ingredients
Bali In A Jar Chilli Paste (1 teaspoon)
10-20 prawns (depending on size)
Snake beans
Bean sprouts
Soy sauce
Cooking oil (1 teaspoon)
Salt and pepper
Cooking Method:
- Clean prawns (remove shell and intestinal tract)
- Cut long beans into approximately 5 cm (2 inches)
- Heat up oil in a wok, add and toss prawns until their colour has changed to orange/red
- Add Bali In A Jar Chilli Paste and chopped beans and toss for a minute
- Add beansprouts, a dash of soy sauce and salt & pepper to taste. Toss together for another minute.
Serve with steamed rice and additional Bali In A Jar Chilli Paste.
