Shipping and Returns

DELIVERY

We endeavour do dispatch all our orders within two working days. Allow 2-4 days from dispatch for delivery. Some deliveries to remote Australia can take up to 10 working days. Please note that orders may be delayed in sale/holiday periods or due to stock availability.

If any item(s) in your order are out of stock at the time your order is processed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those item(s).

COMPLETING YOUR ORDER

When you complete your online order, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation.

Your order will be shipped via the method selected at Checkout which may include via Australia Post (standard or express) or Sendle. Only shipping methods that apply to delivery to your delivery address are displayed. However, at times a selected shipping method may be unavailable. In that circumstance, we will ship via an alternate logistics provider.

Once an order is shipped, we may receive a tracking number. We will endeavour to add a note to your order that results in the tracking details being emailed to you. Once an order is shipped, it is marked is completed. If your order has been marked as completed and you believe that a tracking number should have been received by you, but hasn't been, please contact us regarding the same.

If there is no one at the delivery address, the package may be left at the address or otherwise Australia Post will leave a calling card with instructions for pick up from a designated post office.

Subject to below, we will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage incurred by the customer or any person as a result of:

  1. Delay or mistake caused by our carrier that we have no control over; or
  2. By any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us or if there is no one at the delivery address to accept the parcel and it is left by Australia Post at the residence.

However, if a delivery is not received (due to being lost by the third party logistics provider)  and this is confirmed by the third party logistics provider, then we will offer to reship or refund the order.

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs for any particular order will be separately itemised in your basket and at Checkout.

Should you have any query regarding a delayed or suspected loss/missing delivery, please contact us directly.

RETURNS & BREAKAGE

Please alert us to any damaged or incorrect orders as soon as possible. Except where stated elsewhere in this policy or where goods are damaged from your own handling/improper storage of the goods, we will refund or replace damaged goods as soon as practically possible. Replacement goods shipped pursuant to this clause will be shipped free of charge to you.
