CURRY PASTE 220g
This paste is an ideal product for producing a large variety of classic Balinese, and Indonesian dishes. As is, the sauce is light enough to be used for white meats such as chicken, seafood and vegetarian dishes. The paste is also an excellent marinade for baked/BBQ and fried chicken.
For darker meats such as beef, lamb and goat, we recommend adding some of our Chilli Paste to create a darker and more flavourful curry.

Chilli, brown onion, white onion, ginger, garlic, candlenut, galangal, turmeric, lemongrass, kaffir lime, mixed spice, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, water, citric acid, tartaric acid, potassium sorbate.
