Kare Tahu / Balinese Creamy Tofu Curry / Curry Dishes, Recipes, Vegetarian Dishes / By Desak Yoni Kare Tahu / Balinese Creamy Tofu Curry Serves: 6 peoplePreparation time: approx. 15 minutes Ingredients 1 tray of fresh tofu (medium to hard tofu) 4 tbs of vegetable oil 50ml of "Kara" coconut cream 1 jar of Bali In A Jar Curry Paste Cooking Method: Drain water from tofu and slice into half sizes Heat up 3 tbs of vegetable oil in a wok and shallow fry the tofu until brown on all sides. Put aside in a bowl. Heat up the remaining vegetable oil in the same work and add contents of a whole bottle of Bali In A Jar Curry Paste. Stir through until fragrant.
