IKAN BAKAR/GRILLED FISH

Serves: 4 people

Preparation time: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients:

1.2kg of any white fish fillets skin on (eg. perch, ling, sea bream, king fish and so on)

1 jar of Bali In A Jar Chicken Curry Paste

4 tbs of vegetable oil

 

Cooking method:

  1. Rub fish fillets with Bali In  A Jar Chicken Curry Paste and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat up vegetable oil on hot plate or BBQ, cook marinated fish fillets – skin side first – until skin crispy, then turn over and cook other side until fish is cooked through.

Serve with mix garden salads, steamed white rice with a side sambal of Bali In A Jar Nasi Goreng Paste.
