BE GENYOL CELENG/BALINESE SPICY PORK

Serves: 4 people

Preparation time: approx. 40 minutes

 

Ingredients:

1 kg of pork spare ribs skin on – cut into large cubes

1 jar of Bali In A Jar Chicken Curry Paste

2 tbs of Bali In A Jar Nasi Goreng Paste

4 tbs of vegetable oil

Salt & pepper to taste

 

Cooking method:

  1. Heat up oil in a wok an add the pork spare ribs. Cook on high until all sides are sealed and brown.
  2. Add Bali In A Jar Chicken Curry Paste, Bali In A Jar Nasi Goreng Paste and the salt and pepper into the wok with the pork. Stir through until fragrant.
  3. Add just enough water to cover the ribs. Turn the stove down to medium and let simmer for around 20 minutes.
  4. Once pork is soft, turn heat to low and reduce the sauce to thicken.

Serve with steamed white rice.
