BE GENYOL CELENG/BALINESE SPICY PORK

Preparation time: approx. 40 minutes
1 kg of pork spare ribs skin on – cut into large cubes
1 jar of Bali In A Jar Chicken Curry Paste
2 tbs of Bali In A Jar Nasi Goreng Paste
4 tbs of vegetable oil
Salt & pepper to taste
- Heat up oil in a wok an add the pork spare ribs. Cook on high until all sides are sealed and brown.
- Add Bali In A Jar Chicken Curry Paste, Bali In A Jar Nasi Goreng Paste and the salt and pepper into the wok with the pork. Stir through until fragrant.
- Add just enough water to cover the ribs. Turn the stove down to medium and let simmer for around 20 minutes.
- Once pork is soft, turn heat to low and reduce the sauce to thicken.
Serve with steamed white rice.
